OVERVIEW Welcome to Scandi Daddy. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Scandi Daddy. We operate this store, powered by Shopify, to give you a curated shopping experience (the "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer, including your legal guarantee and right of withdrawal (Section 5).
- ACCESS & ACCOUNT You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to use our Services. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account secure. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- OUR PRODUCTS We do our best to represent products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by screen. We may change descriptions, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time. This doesn't affect your right to receive goods that match their description (Section 16).
- ORDERS Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale — we confirm acceptance by email. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion and will notify you if we do. Purchases are for personal use only, not resale.
- PRICES & BILLING All prices are shown in SEK, including Swedish VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices, shipping, and taxes are calculated at checkout and may change without notice ahead of an order. You confirm that your payment details are accurate and that you're authorized to use them.
- SHIPPING & YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
As an EU consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, no reason needed, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Email us at scandidaddyse@gmail.com to notify us, then return the item within 14 days in its original condition. We'll refund you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving it back.
Sealed skincare products lose this right once opened, for hygiene reasons — full details in our Refund Policy [LINK].
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on our Services — text, images, video, design, trademarks — belongs to Scandi Daddy or our licensors and is protected under Swedish, EU, and international law. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only; nothing here grants you a license beyond that.
- THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS We may link to or integrate third-party tools and sites. We don't control or take responsibility for them — use is at your own risk, and any issues should be directed to that third party.
- OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Scandi Daddy is powered by Shopify, but all sales are directly between you and us. Shopify isn't responsible for our products, sales, or your transactions with us.
- PRIVACY & GDPR We process your personal data under GDPR and our Privacy Policy [LINK], which covers what we collect, how Shopify and other processors are involved, and your rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data.
- FEEDBACK If you send us feedback, ideas, or reviews, you give us a free, worldwide license to use them however we like, including commercially. You confirm it's yours to give and that it doesn't violate anyone's rights.
- ERRORS & CORRECTIONS If we spot a pricing or listing error, we can correct it or cancel an affected order, without notice — always in line with your consumer rights.
- PROHIBITED USE Don't use our Services unlawfully, to infringe on IP rights, harass anyone, spread malware, impersonate others, scrape data, or bypass our security. We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
- AUTOMATED AGENTS If you use automated software ("Agents") to interact with our Services, it must clearly identify itself as such, avoid mimicking human behavior or bypassing bot protections, and respect any limits we place on Agent access.
- TERMINATION We may suspend or end your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. You remain responsible for amounts owed up to that point. Terms that should reasonably survive (IP, liability, governing law, etc.) continue to apply.
- DISCLAIMERS We provide general information in good faith but don't guarantee it's error-free beyond what the law requires.
- YOUR LEGAL GUARANTEE As an EU consumer, you're entitled to a legal guarantee under Swedish law (Konsumentköplagen) and EU Directive 2019/771 — repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund if goods are faulty or not as described, for up to 3 years from delivery. Nothing in these Terms limits this right.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of our Services or products. This doesn't limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else the law won't let us exclude — and it doesn't touch your rights under Section 16.
- INDEMNIFICATION You agree to cover us for losses or claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of someone else's rights.
- GENERAL If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right doesn't waive it. These Terms are the full agreement between us. You can't transfer your rights under this agreement without our consent; we can.
- GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES These Terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes fall under Swedish courts. If you're an EU consumer living elsewhere, this doesn't take away protections your home country guarantees you.

- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes here. Material changes will be flagged as required by law. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
