We want you to love your Scandi Daddy products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at scandidaddyse@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send it back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right.

For EU customers, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
